Carrot ‘Fries’ Recipe
Easy carrot "fries" make a great after-school snack or side dish!

Ingredients

olive oil

Tablespoon
seasoned salt

teaspoons
ground cumin
1
teaspoon
chili powder
1
teaspoon
pepper

pounds
carrots
,
(peeled and cut into quarter inch sticks)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a large ziploc bag (or bowl), mix together olive oil, salt, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.
Add in carrots and toss until coated.
Spread carrots evenly out on a baking sheet that is covered with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until carrots are golden.
Serve warm.
Notes
We love to serve these carrots with ranch dressing for dipping.
