Spray a cookie sheet or 9x13 inch pan, with nonstick cooking spray
In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
Take each chicken tender and wrap one piece of bacon around each one.
Then roll the chicken, and pat the brown sugar mixture into the chicken tender.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until you cut into the chicken and the juices run clear.
Dip in your favorite sauce and enjoy.
Notes
To Make These Tenders Bite-Size: Cut your raw chicken tenders into small bites, similar to the size of cookie dough balls. Cut the bacon slices into thirds, wrap it around the chicken bite, and stick a toothpick to ensure it stays. Roll them in brown sugar, and bake at 375℉ for 15 to 20 minutes.
Sauces: You can serve these chicken tenders without sauce, but we also recommend the following: honey mustard, BBQ sauce, fry sauce, teriyaki sauce, sweet and sour sauce, chipotle mayo dip, and ranch sauce.
Using Chicken Breasts: This recipe can also be modified to use chicken breasts instead of chicken tenders. Increase your cooking time and possibly double your bacon so that there is enough to wrap around the chicken breasts.
