This Blueberry Peach Breakfast Pastry is my new favorite breakfast, dessert, and snack recipe. It is so easy to whip together, only requires a few simple ingredients, and tastes amazing.

Ingredients
1sheetpuff pastry
1largeegg
½teaspooncinnamon
4fresh peaches, pitted and sliced into thin pieces
2cupsfresh blueberries
⅓cupsugar
Glaze:
1½cupspowdered sugar
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
2Tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread out puff pastry dough.
In a bowl whisk together the cinnamon and egg until fully combined, and spoon the cinnamon egg mixture over the dough until evenly distributed.
Layer the blueberries and peaches on the egg covered dough.
Sprinkle the sugar over the entire pastry.
Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes or until edges get light golden brown.
While the pastry cooks, combine in a small bowl the powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk until fully mixed and smooth.
Drizzle the icing over the warm pastry when it comes out of the oven and serve immediately.
