Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until well combined. We find this easiest in a Bosch or Kitchen Aid mixer.
Roll dough into 1? balls and place on a baking sheet. I covered my baking sheet with parchment paper, but this is optional.
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, then store in a resealable bag or airtight container in the fridge for up to a week (or in the freezer for up to a month).
