Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, almonds, and salt and pepper.
Take each piece of chicken and dip it in the beaten eggs, and then dredge it through the almond mixture, coating each piece completely.
Place each coated chicken breast in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Cut the butter up into small pieces and put them over the top of the chicken breasts.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
