Cut each potato in wedges (I usually get 8 wedges per potato).
In a bowl, toss potato wedges with oil, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper until all potatoes are covered.
Spray the bottom of air fryer with non-stick cooking spray.
Lay the potatoes in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer basket.
Cook for 12-13 minutes, then shake the basket and cook an additional 10-12 minutes or until wedges reach the crispness you prefer (I usually start checking them after they have been cooking for 5 minutes to see how much longer to let them cook).
Notes
You might not be able to fit all the potatoes in one batch - repeat as many times as needed to cook all your potatoes! You want to be sure to not overcrowd your air fryer basket so that all wedges can cook evenly.
Once you finish cooking all the batches, feel free to add all the potatoes back in and cook for 2-3 minutes more to warm them all up to the same temperature.
