Roll out the dough. Open the package of biscuits and separate the biscuits from one another. Roll each into a ~4-inch circle.
Prepare the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 410°F and grease the basket liberally with cooking spray.
Assemble the pizzas. While the air fryer is preheating, top each pizza with ¼ cup mozzarella, 4-5 pieces of pepperoni, and a sprinkle of parmesan.
Air fry. Arrange 4 pizzas in the basket of your air fryer (2 if it is a smaller machine) and fry for 7 minutes or until the biscuit dough has become firm enough to pick up without falling apart and the cheese has gotten nice and melty.

For the pizza base (aka pizza dough) we love the ease of using premade dough like biscuits. Not only are they simple, but they can create a crispy crust if you roll it thin, or create a more thicker crust if you prefer that. However, if you want you can use homemade pizza dough for the whole family to use for their personal pan pizzas.
The toppings will depend on the kind of pizza you want to create. So, either pick your favorite pizza of choose your favorite toppings and make your masterpiece. Some recommended toppings include marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, olive oil, fresh basil, bell peppers, Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
