While the air fryer is preheating, add the chicken, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to a mixing bowl. Toss it all together until the chicken is thoroughly coated in olive oil and seasoning.
Place the chicken in the air fryer and cook at 375℉ for 7 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Check the temperature of the chicken by sticking a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the largest breast. If the temperature reads 165℉, the chicken is done. If it’s not there yet, refer to the next step.
If the chicken has not yet reached an internal temperature of 165℉, air fry it for another 2 minutes and check the temperature again. Repeat (if necessary) until the chicken is cooked through.
