Equipment

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces pre made pizza crust 1 package
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • cup ranch dressing
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup frozen spinach broken into small pieces
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts chopped
  • cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, ranch, and minced garlic until fully combined. Then add the spinach and artichoke hearts. Spread the mixture over the pizza crust.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top. Add a dash of garlic salt and pepper on top of the cheese layer.
  • Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the cheese goes golden and is melted.
  • Remove from oven, let cool for 5-10 minutes.

Notes

  •  I highly recommend using frozen spinach. If you only have fresh spinach on hand, it will work, however, it will be a little more difficult to take a clean bite through. You can however, salute your spinach to soften it up, then add it to the mixture. But we do recommend using the frozen spinach for best results.
  • The cream cheese is easiest to work with when it has been softened. It can be a little tough to make it smooth, if it’s fresh out of the fridge.Let it sit out for about 20-25 minutes, or even microwave it for about 15 seconds, before using it.
  • When using frozen spinach, you can soften the spinach, but I found as I was staring everything together, it began to soften itself. If you are having a hard time even breaking it apart, I would recommend thawing it in the microwave a bit, then patting it down with a paper towel.
