Easy Sunday Meatloaf Recipe

This is not your grandma’s meatloaf recipe, it’s even better and you don’t even need bread! This easy Sunday meatloaf recipe is extremely simple to put together and bursting with flavor.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ (6 ounce) package pork stuffing mix
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup brown sugar (divided)
  • ½ cup ketchup (divided)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix milk with stuffing until moist.
  • Add egg, ground beef, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup ketchup.
  • Mix together and press into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  • Mix together the remaining brown sugar and ketchup and spread on top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
