Ingredients

  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups frozen banana slices
  • 2 cups pineapple sherbet
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour into cups and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You don’t have to add the coconut if you don’t like it. I personally don’t like drinking the coconut shreds. I have never been one for unexpected textures when it comes to eating.
