  • Sheet pan (18x13x1) or jelly roll pan
  • Large Mixing Bowl
  • Hand or Stand Mixer

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 cups butter melted
  • 4 cups sugar
  • cups flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a half baking sheet (18 x 13 x 1 inch) or jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat together eggs and cocoa powder.
  • Add salt and baking powder and mix until combined.
  • Mix in vanilla.
  • Add melted butter and sugar and mix until well combined.
  • Mix in flour until well combined.
  • Spread in prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
