Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Recipe

We've got an easy pasta dish for you. There is nothing better than the flavor combo of chicken, bacon, and ranch. It's a delicious trio that is absolutely amazing when paired up with pasta and cheese.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • 15 ounces alfredo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Bring 12 ounces of Rotini pasta to a boil. Cook according to package directions.
  • Drain water after pasta is done cooking and place pasta in a large bowl.
  • Add the diced cooked chicken, cooked bacon crumbles, ranch dressing, Alfredo sauce, and garlic salt.
  • Stir together well and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non stick cooking spray.
  • Top with shredded Mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  • Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and the top starts to turn golden.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

A few shortcuts to make this recipe even easier
  1. We used frozen chicken breasts, that we thawed and cooked. You could easily use canned chicken or a rotisserie chicken. 
  2. Pre shredded cheese is so convenient, and we use it often. 
  3. Pre cooked bacon that needs some reheating is the way to go. 
  4. Store bought Alfredo sauce.
