Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped basil
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss together chopped tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, red onion, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss until coated.
  • Serve with your favorite pita chips or tortilla chips.

Notes

  • We love to serve our Caprese Salsa with salted pita chips like these ones! However, tortilla chips, Ritz or butter crackers, or even crostini bread slices would taste delicious!
