Salad
- 10 ounces spring salad mix 1 bag
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 Bartlett Pear diced
- ½ cup candied pecans
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
Dressing
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
Place salad in a large bowl.
Top with onion, pear, pecans and blue cheese. Toss until combined.
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat, or serve on the side.
