Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled eggs peeled and diced
  • ¾ cup fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard
  • cup diced pickles
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients until well incorporated.
  • Divide egg salad in half and serve between two slices of Dave's Killer Powerseed® Bread.
