- 6 ounces frozen orange juice concentrate 1 can
- 1 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 4 Tablespoons honey (can also use agave or granulated sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ripe banana (I prefer to use a frozen one for this recipe)
- 2 cups ice
