- 12 frozen dinner roll dough (We used Rhodes rolls)
- 7½ ounces sliced deli ham
- 12 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (20 ounce) can Pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 Tablespoon butter
Thaw frozen rolls in a storage bag for about 1 1/2 hours. You don't want them to rise, just thaw.
After the rolls are thawed (but not risen), stretch out each roll and lay it flat on a greased cookie sheet.
Place a slice of ham on each roll.
Then top with a slice of cheese.
Place 3 pieces of pineapple chunks on top of cheese.
Fold the dough over the toppings and pinch the edges together.
Try to not have any holes in your dough, as your cheese will melt out of it.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and rub butter on top of the rolls.
Let cool a few minutes before serving.
