Lemon and Dill Salmon Recipe

- 2 pound salmon filet
- 2 teaspoons fish seasoning or rub
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tablespoons butter melted
- 3 lemons divided
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with foil.
Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and fold up foil around all four edges creating a basket.
Season salmon with fish seasoning, and salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together butter, the juice of one lemon, the zest of one lemon, garlic, and dill.
Spoon butter mixture over the salmon.
Slice remaining lemon and top salmon with evenly spaced slices.
Fold foil over the salmon completely closing and sealing the packet.
Bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
