Equipment

Ingredients

  • 10 refrigerated biscuits
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pound Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage cut into 10 slices
  • 5 cheddar cheese slices cut in half

Instructions

  • Cook biscuits according to package directions.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and pour into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir eggs until cooked. Remove from heat.
  • Cook turkey sausage in a pan over medium heat, until cooked through (or 165°F).
  • Cut biscuits in half, and fill with a slice of turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and half a slice of cheese.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You could use the Jennie-O pre-cooked turkey sausage if you are really in a rush. You simply put them in the microwave for a few seconds and they are ready to go.
