- 1 head iceberg lettuce roughly chopped
- 4 roma tomatoes diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans corn drained
- 12 eggs hardboiled, peeled and diced
- 12 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 4 avocados diced
- 1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- preferred salad dressing
Use a large glass bowl or trifle bowl and place chopped lettuce in the bottom.
Layer with tomatoes, onion, corn, eggs, bacon, avocado, and cheddar cheese.
Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
