Preheat stove top to medium heat.
Spray pan win non-stick cooking spray. (I used a 9 inch pan)
In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, water, butter, sugar and almond extract until fully incorporated and liquid is smooth.
Slowly add in the flour, little by little, stirring as you go to avoid bumps and to get a thin, creamy mixture.
Once fully incorporated, pour about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of the batter into a skillet, tilting and circling the pan so the batter is evenly coated on the bottom.
Let the crepe cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the crepe is slightly golden, but still soft and bendable.
Before taking it off the skillet, add about 20 mini marshmallows to one side of the crepe so the marshmallows start to melt.
On the other side, spread about 2 teaspoons of Nutella and about 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs.
Fold the crepe in half, then in half again so you have a triangle.
Remove crepe from the heat and drizzle with more Nutella and graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy warm!
