Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 Tablespoons butter completely melted
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¾ cup nutella

Instructions

  • Preheat stove top to medium heat.
  • Spray pan win non-stick cooking spray. (I used a 9 inch pan)
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, water, butter, sugar and almond extract until fully incorporated and liquid is smooth.
  • Slowly add in the flour, little by little, stirring as you go to avoid bumps and to get a thin, creamy mixture.
  • Once fully incorporated, pour about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of the batter into a skillet, tilting and circling the pan so the batter is evenly coated on the bottom.
  • Let the crepe cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the crepe is slightly golden, but still soft and bendable.
  • Before taking it off the skillet, add about 20 mini marshmallows to one side of the crepe so the marshmallows start to melt.
  • On the other side, spread about 2 teaspoons of Nutella and about 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Fold the crepe in half, then in half again so you have a triangle.
  • Remove crepe from the heat and drizzle with more Nutella and graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy warm!
