- 15 ounces canned pumpkin puree
- 5 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 16 ounces cool whip
- Graham crackers or ginger snaps, for serving
In a large bowl, beat together pumpkin, vanilla pudding mix and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in Cool Whip.
Keep in the refrigerator until serving and serve with graham crackers or ginger snaps.
