- 2 tomatoes
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Wash tomatoes and slice in half horizontally.
If that is too thick for your liking, you can cut out some of the tomato from the center to make the ends thinner.
Place tomatoes open ends up on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle cheese and oregano over the tomatoes.
Drizzle with olive oil and top with salt and pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Best if served immediately.
