- 15 ounces black beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
- 3 eggs
- ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Swirl
- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place all brownie ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until smooth and beans are completely mashed and mixed.
Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan
On the stove over medium heat, melt peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla together.
Using a spoon, dollop the peanut butter mixture into the brownie batter.
Using a butter knife, marble the peanut butter into the brownies.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.
Let brownies cool before topping them with your favorite ice cream and toppings
