Equipment

  • Microwave Safe Bowl (2)
  • Plastic Fork
  • Wax Paper

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bag small pretzels (I used Rold Gold "Tiny Twists")
  • ½ cup peanut butter chips
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Combine chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Melt for 30 seconds, then remove and stir. Keep microwaving in 15 second increments (stirring between) until the chocolate is melted completely.
  • Dip pretzels in chocolate, and allow access to drip off (I used a plastic fork and broke off the two middle tines).
  • Place covered pretzels on waxed paper and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Combine peanut butter chips and 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Melt for 30 seconds, then remove and stir. Keep microwaving in 15 second increments (stirring between) until the chocolate is melted completely.
  • Drizzle over top all the cooled chocolate-dipped pretzels.
  • Let cool completely and serve. Makes about 3 dozen pretzels.
