I love dips. I love dipping everything in dip. My husband and I are total dip people, and this Ranch Bean Dip is by far the BEST dip.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • sliced green onion to taste

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan on medium heat, mix together the beans, sour cream, dressing mix and cheddar cheese (reserving some to sprinkle on top) until the cheese starts to melt (about 7-10 minutes). Top with your reserved cheese and sliced green onion.
