- 2½ pounds red potatoes
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter softened
- 1½ teaspoons dill weed
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
Cut potatoes into 1-2" pieces and place in a large saucepan filled with water.
Cover the pan, bring it to a boil, and let them cook for about 20 minutes or until they are soft when pierced with a fork.
Drain the potatoes and add the remaining ingredients, smashing them to your desired consistency.
