Ingredients

  • pounds red potatoes
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter softened
  • teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes into 1-2" pieces and place in a large saucepan filled with water.
  • Cover the pan, bring it to a boil, and let them cook for about 20 minutes or until they are soft when pierced with a fork.
  • Drain the potatoes and add the remaining ingredients, smashing them to your desired consistency.
