- 8 ounces baby spinach
- ½ head romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ red onion thinly sliced
- 1 avocado sliced
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces bacon 1 package, cooked and crumbled
- 15 ounces mandarin oranges 1 can, drained
Poppy Seed Dressing
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 green onion diced
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
