Ingredients

  • 15 ounces garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce sliced
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons black olives chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
