Microwave Safe Bowl
8x8-inch baking pan
- 4 Tablespoons chocolate chips
- 4 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 Tablespoons skim milk
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons raisins
Melt the Chocolate chips, the peanut butter, and milk in the microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring after each 30 seconds until the ingredient are completely melted.
Then add the rest of the ingredients- you want this mixture to be fairly dry. If it is not dry enough you may need to add a little bit more oatmeal.
Press the mixture into bars or balls. (I used an 8X8 pan)
Put in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes or until they are set up. Cut them or break them apart.

If you want, you can also make these into little bite sized balls. My kids like them as bars, but I have made them in the ball form as well, and they are just as delicious. I just place them in an air tight container and leave them in my fridge for a quick snack on the go.
