Strawberry Granola Yogurt Bark

I have been on the hunt for some delicious and healthy snack recipes, that won't break the bank. I came across this simple and delicious Yogurt Bark and fell in love. If you need a healthy snack or breakfast idea, you need to try this one.

I can only eat so much yogurt until I don’t want to eat for a long, long time.

I know it’s a great source of protein and calcium (especially greek yogurt), which I definitely need more of.

I try sneaking it into my morning smoothies and that helps, but my friend made me this yogurt bark to snack on and I fell in love.

what other fruit could I use with this recipe?

I am a fruit lover. I seriously love all fruits, even plain apples, which my family is not a fan of.

If you are looking for a simple, healthy, and delicious snack idea, this is a perfect way to liven up fruit.

Here are a few of my favorite fruits, to include in this recipe:

-Blueberries – I prefer fresh

Depending on what fruit you decide to use, yo may need to cut them into thinner pieces. Any fruit you choose to serve with this, I’m sure will be delicious, and you will love it.

how long can I freeze this for, before serving?

This recipe is delicious frozen. However, if you freeze it too long, it will become freezer burned, especially if not frozen correctly.

We recommend placing them in an airtight container, and putting them in the freezer. You may want to take them out an hour or two before eating, so they aren’t so frozen.

We recommend only letting them freeze for two weeks tops. After that, they will lose their delicious flavor and texture.

can i use any granola?

You can use any granola. I like to use the Kind granola (not paid to say that, I just really like it). Or we also have a delicious Almond Butter Granola that you can make yourself at home.

It tastes delicious in this, but you can really choose any of your favorite granola flavors.

  • 24 oz container of greek yogurt (I used vanilla, but you can use plain if you want)
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 1 cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of granola

  1. In a small bowl (or even in the yogurt container), mix together honey and yogurt.
  2. Spread the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13" pan that has been covered in aluminum foil.
  3. Sprinkle the strawberries and the granola over the top of the yogurt, slightly pressing it into the yogurt with your hands.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour, or until completely frozen.
  5. Remove from freezer, and cut into about 12 slices (I used a pizza cutter). Serve immediately, or keep in freezer in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 30 days.
