Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Roast

This Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Roast, is the most tender and juicy pork roast I have ever tasted. It is also the BEST pork roast I have ever tasted. If you are looking for a simple and delicious dinner recipe, this is definitely one you have to try.

It seems like the days just get shorter and shorter. If I don’t have something planned for dinner in the morning, it probably isn’t going to happen.

I love trying new recipes in my slow cooker and that I can prepare dinner in the morning and not have to worry about it again until it’s time to eat that evening.

This pork is so juicy and flavorful. My whole family devoured it.

Usually when I make slow cooker meals with red meat, it tends to get dried out, but this recipe was so tender and full of flavor.

what should I serve with this pork roast?

Mashed Potatoes: These are my go to side dish, when I know it will be a busy night. I love our Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes, because you can make them ahead of time, and not during dinner rush.

They are so easy to make, and are devoured every time I make them.

Creamed Corn: I don’t know if you have ever tried cream corn before. I know it intimidated me at first, but now I can’t get enough of it. It is delicious and so easy to make. You have to try our Creamed Corn recipe.

Roasted Carrots: There is no better flavor than these Sheet Pan Italian Roasted Carrots. You haven’t ever eaten a delicious carrot recipe, until you try these ones. So yummy and simple.

Jello Salad: Have you ever tried jello salad? Well stop what you are doing and try this one. It is so simple, and so delicious. I love our Raspberry Cream Cheese Jello Salad recipe.
