These delectable no bake peanut butter kiss cookies are addicting! They have the wonderful crunch of the rice crispy, with a smooth and creamy texture of the peanut butter and topped off with a creamy and delicious Hershey's chocolate kiss.

These peanut butter cookies are best served room temperature but I always sneak a few dough balls of cookie dough when I’m making them. These cookies are also sometimes called peanut butter blossom cookies or hershey kiss cookies but they are the same easy cookie recipe!

This holiday season you can enjoy this family favorite. You will especially enjoy these cookies if you are a peanut butter lover. One of my favorite parts about this cookie is the delicious peanut butter flavor. You can also use natural peanut butter if you are on a low calorie diet.

These no-bake cookies are easy to make and they require no-baking. The cookie dough can be easily formed into 1-inch balls similar to most classic cookie recipes. You can achieve this size by using a small cookie scoop.

Plus, they are a quick cookie that takes less than 15 minutes from start to finish!

Ingredients to make No Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies:

Peanut butter kiss cookies ingredients:

Corn syrup
Brown sugar
Peanut butter, creamy
Vanilla
Rice Krispies cereal
Chocolate kisses

Instead of a Hershey’s kiss, you could also use a peanut butter cup or even a Rolo. Or any of your favorite flavors of kisses.

Other helpful items used to prepare cookies:

Saucepan
Wooden spatula (THESE are some great ones!)
Cookie sheet (check THESE out)
Large mixing bowl
Wax paper or parchment paper

How to make No Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies:

Start by grabbing your medium saucepan and mix together the corn syrup and brown sugar over medium heat. Make sure to stir continuously until the syrup and brown sugar mixture comes to a full boil.

PRO TIP: Make sure that the corn syrup and brown sugar come to a full boil or else the cookies won’t come together.

Then take the saucepan off the heat, and add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract and stir it in well.

In your large mixing bowl, pour all of the rice krispies cereal. Then, add in the peanut butter mixture to the cereal. Stir everything up well until all of the cereal is well coated.

No bake peanut butter cookie batter ready to be rolled into balls.

Now, grab some of the rice krispies mixture into your hand and roll it into a small ball, about 1 ½ inch or so and then place it onto the cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or parchment paper.

Then, using your thumb, press a small indent into the ball and then place a chocolate kiss into the indent and continue to push the kiss down a little further. This should form the cookie around the base of the kiss.

Once that is done, let the no bake peanut butter kiss cookies sit and cool for a few minutes until they set up fully. Then, be sure to store them in an airtight container to keep them from drying out.

No Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies Recipe

These delectable no bake peanut butter kiss cookies are addicting! They have the wonderful crunch of the rice krispies, with a smooth and creamy texture of the peanut butter, and topped with a creamy Hershey's kiss.

Ingredients

1 cup Corn Syrup
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
30 chocolate Kisses

Instructions

In a medium saucepan mix together corn syrup and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil.
Then remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Have the cereal in a big mixing bowl and add the peanut butter mixture to the cereal. Stir until well coated.
Drop by 1 ½ inch balls onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper or parchment paper.
Push a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie ball and form the cookie around the base of the kiss.
Let cool for a few minutes so they can set up.
Store in an airtight container.

Hi Nicole. I have no idea what went wrong. You have to be sure to bring the brown sugar and corn syrup to a full boil. If you add too much cereal than listed in the recipe it could turn out dry. Sorry they didn't work for you. We have never had a problem with these cookies.

I made this recipe as part of our Christmas goodies. I must say it is delicious I didn't have the same problem with sticky if anything it was a little dry. I only got about 18 cookies but it was delicious and I'm going to use the leftover crumble to make some kind of bark with chocolate. Thank you it's a good idea!

I had the same problem where it wasn’t staying together. I mixed in more penut butter (JUST orbit butter, NOT the peanut butter mixture) and it helped form up the mixture so I could form the cookie shape. Hope this helps!

They LOVE to cook and it’s nice to be able to teach that virtually.
