For three years while I was attending school at Utah State University, I worked for the cutest company called Cox Honeyland. Day after day, I worked with delicious, golden honey. Bottling it, pouring it, and tasting it! 😉 I fell in love with the sweet, rich taste of a spoonful of honey, and all the other by-products: honey popcorn, honey butter, honey sticks, honey comb, and my favorite – honey granola. I knew it was going to be a good day when there was a bag of honey granola involved! This is one of my all-time favorite honey recipes. Enjoy!
