These are some of the easiest, most delicious chocolate chip cookies I have ever made! I had already mixed the dough and had it on cookie sheets ready to bake before my oven was even preheated. The Bisquick makes these cookies so soft and chewy!

They do look incredibly delicious, great idea!

These look absolutely delicious. I also saw as I was scrolling the peanut butter ones. Am saving this!
I tried these a while back. I had such high hopes for them but me and my family thought they were way too salty!
I thought these were very dry.
I’m surprised by the negative reviews!! I just made this tonight and they were delicious!
Just made these….they are very good! Only thing is mine turned out more like small drop chocolate biscuits than cookies, but still good!
I tried these, I will never use bisqickk for cookies or any other baking …I prefer homemade.. Please do not make these cookies , I put in garbage 🙁
Made these a few weeks ago, SO yummy! I’m surprised by the negative reviews! The only thing, I think I over mixed them so they turned out soft in the middle and crunchy (but not burnt) on the edges.
I tried this recipe and they turned out terrible!! I came back to Pinterest to see if I left something out, but I followed the correct recipe and they were terrible. Glad I was not planning to take them anywhere as they went right in the garbage.
I just made this and it was quick, easy, and delicious! Loved by the whole family!! I used Mini semi sweet chocolate chips and added extra chocolate ….so I think that helped with the salty/sweet taste. I also formed them into goldf ball shapes, and when they came out of the oven, I flatten them with a spatula to give them a gooey soft batch center. So yummy! Thanks for the recipe!!!
Is the brown sugar to be packed?? I made them this evening and they seemed salty, but I didn’t pack the brown sugar..thinking this maybe why??
We pack the brown sugar when we make these cookies.
has anyone tried baking these cookies at a higher altitude …6,000 ft?
I am surprised at the negative reviews. I have made them both regular and sugar free. They turned out delicious. We are 5000+ altitude. Might have to add a couple more minutes of baking time. I would just do about 6 cookies at first so you can adjust your baking time. No adjustments needed for recipe. Hope this helps.
Love this chocolate cookie recipe. I don’t have an electric mixer, so with only 4 ingredients that needed to be blended, it was easy to hand mix then fold in the Bisquick and stir in the chocolate chips. I also don’t have an oven, just a toaster oven. They turned out great. Was a very easy recipe.
We are so glad that they worked great in a toaster oven. Have a terrific weekend.
I added another stick of butter (unsalted), 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, one more egg and 1/2 c. more dry mix. Also only used 1 tsp. vanilla. They turned out more like the chocolate chip cookies we hold as a standard but to each their own! Thanks for thr Bisquick idea 🙂
I made as instructed, but with unsalted butter and packed the brown sugar and baked for 11 minutes. I also had regular size dark chocolate chips, so used them. All good.
