Asian Style Meatballs

My favorite recipes are the ones I know I can whip up in just a few minutes! This is one of my favorite go-to  quick recipes for a busy day! Asian style meatballs can be made in your slow cooker or baked in the oven. Serve them over rice and you have yourself the perfect dinner!

  • 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen meatballs
  • 2/3 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
  • 4 cups cooked rice


  1. These Asian Meatballs can be cooked in the oven or slow cooker.
  2. Oven directions
  3. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. While baking, whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce.
  5. Pour sauce into large skillet over medium heat, mix in baked meatballs.
  6. Stir meatballs into sauce and let them cook through for about 8 minutes, stirring periodically.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Slow Cooker Instructions:
  9. Place meatballs in slow cooker
  10. Mix together all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs
  11. Serve over rice.
  12. Cook on high 3-4 hours or Low for 6 hours
