Grape Salad Recipe

A quick and easy fresh fruit salad that tastes amazing! Perfect for a party or nice dinner!

  • 4 pounds grapes, red or green (or mixture of both)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans (divided)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


  1. Wash and dry the grapes, then set aside.
  2. In a big bowl mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Then add white sugar, 1/3 cup pecans, and vanilla.
  3. Gently stir in 1/8 cup of brown sugar. Then add the grapes and stir gently until mixed in well. Sprinkle with remaining pecans and brown sugar.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
