It has been 7 days without any junk food. The first few days were rough. I had to keep water by me all day so I would have a drink instead of filling my mouth with sweet treats. By day 5 it was much easier! It is time to lose all my baby weight and I’m going to do it in 10 weeks. Anyways, I’ve been making some healthy dishes and this is one I really enjoyed. Here’s to 10 pounds lighter!
