The other day it was my job to bring a fruit salad to our family dinner. I knew that we were going to be having lots of desserts (and someone was already bringing Jello . . . because it’s us and we love Jello), so I wanted to bring something a little healthier. I threw this together and it was a hit!
I used Tillamook Vanilla Greek Yogurt (this isn’t sponsored – it’s just really what I use and love), but if they don’t have that in your area, feel free to use your favorite kind of Greek yogurt or other yogurt. I don’t love the taste of many Greek yogurts, but Tillamook’s is really creamy and loaded with protein (and I can pronounce all the ingredients on the package, so that’s super important to me!), so that’s why I prefer that brand.
Feel free to add your favorite kinds of fruit to mix this dish up – it will be fresh and delicious!
