Philly Cheesesteak Wrap

We have been on vacation for the past few weeks visiting family, and we got to eat at some of the most fantastic places. One of my favorite stops was a tiny taco shop in Kauai, and they had these DELICIOUS Philly cheesesteak tacos. I decided to switch it up a little bit and make them into wraps, and they are quickly becoming a favorite on our meal rotation!

  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced thin
  • 4 tortillas
  • 8 slices provolone cheese


  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook onion, pepper, and olive oil until tender and slightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Salt and pepper flank steak, then cook over medium heat until it reaches desired doneness.
  3. Place an even portion of steak, onions, and peppers on each tortilla, then top each with two slices of provolone cheese. Roll up and serve while warm.
