Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites

Being a busy college student, I am always on the go! When I am tired, or don’t have time to make myself breakfast, I just grab a few of these on my way out. They are so easy to make, only take a few ingredients, and taste so yummy. It seriously tastes like Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough. Best breakfast ever.

Oatmeal Raisin Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry cut oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (I used sweetened)
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together, and roll into small one inch balls.
  2. Place on wax paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
