Ingredients

  • 2 gala apples (chopped)
  • 2 kiwis (chopped)
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 5 clementines
  • 1 1/2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium size bowl, combine all the chopped fruits and sugar.
  2. I learned the best way to get a pomegranate seeds out is to cut it horizontally, hold it face down in your palm with your fingers apart so the seeds can fall through, and whack the back with a wooden spoon.
  3. Mix until well combined.
