Parmesan Tuna Melts

These Parmesan Tuna Melts are the perfect way to serve your family a nice warm dinner without all the time in the kitchen. Only takes a few minutes to throw together and you have a nice warm meal that tastes like it came straight from your favorite sandwich shop!

Ingredients

  • 2 (5oz) Cans of tuna (we used light)
  • 4 Tablespoons light mayonaise
  • 2 Tablespoons dill relish
  • 1 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • 3/4 Cup mozzarella cheese
  • 3 sandwich rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler on oven to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix together tuna, relish, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
  3. Slice the rolls in half and place 3 halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread tuna mixture over sliced rolls.
  5. Top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Broil sandwiches for 3 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread begins to turn golden.
  7. Top sandwich with other half of bread and broil for 2 more minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
