Hi there! Wanted to make this for my husband's birthday, as he's not a huge dessert man, yet this is his favourite treat at coffee shops. Can you tell me if it's okay to use an all natural peanut butter such as Adams, or if i'd be better served picking up a jar of sweetened pb like Kraft, Skippy or Jif? Appreciate your expertise.
    • It should be fine if it's close to the same texture and will do ok after being melted. We haven't made these with the all natural peanut butter before. But if you have used the natural peanut butter in place of regular peanut butter in other recipes and it has turned out, then this should be fine too!

I made these yummy treats to bring to a BBQ @ my sister's house I was pretty tired & wanted to make something tasty... but... EZ too. I didn't have quite enuff marshmallows, so I added 1/2 cup of pecans to the mix b4 pouring in the pan. I like the combination of pb & chocolate too... so I stirred into the hot mixture in the pot 2 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened Bakers chocolate which cut down a bit on the sweetness too. Turned out greait!
