Asian Style Meatballs

My favorite recipes are the ones I know I can whip up in just a few minutes! This is one of my favorite go-to  quick recipes for a busy day! Asian style meatballs can be made in your slow cooker or baked in the oven. Serve them over rice and you have yourself the perfect dinner!

Ingredients

  • 32 Ounce bag frozen meatballs (approximately 60)
  • 2/3 Cup Hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 Cup rice vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon ground ginger
  • Chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Bake meatballs for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. While baking, whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce.
  3. Pour sauce into large skillet over medium heat, mix in baked meatballs.
  4. Stir meatballs into sauce and let them cook through for about 8 minutes, stirring periodically.
  5. Serve over rice or individually as appetizers. Enjoy!
  6. Slow Cooker Instructions:
  7. Place meatballs in slow cooker
  8. Mix together all sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs
  9. Cook on high 3-4 hours or Low for 6 hours
