Ranch Pasta Salad Recipe

Summertime is just around the corner, which means grilling and barbecue season will be in full swing!  We have a lot of gatherings during the summer months and pasta salad are a must!  This recipe is made to feed a crowd and is the perfect side dish to any meal!

Chick-Fil-A Copycat Watermelon Mint Lemonade

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups watermelon juice
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped mint leaves
  • Ice


  1. Squeeze and strain lemons into pitcher.
  2. Stir in sugar and mint leaves until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add water and stir.
  4. Pour in watermelon juice (we suggest pureeing the watermelon and then running it through a strainer).
  5. Garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves, watermelon, or coconut.
  6. Enjoy!

    I made this over the weekend for my college student to take back to school with her for "finals week". One batch made enough for her to take half and we kept half at home. YUM!! Very good. Will definitely make this again. One addition I would make is to add some fresh mozz cheese to it.
