Ingredients

  • 3 Flatout Thin Crust Bread
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onion, diced
  • 3 artichoke hearts, diced
  • 3/4 cup spinach
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place flatbreads on a cookie sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each flat bread.
  4. Top with cheese and vegetables.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
