Coconut Crusted French Toast

My husband was gone from September to December for his audition rotations for medical school. My girls and I are SO HAPPY to have him back. While he was gone, I decided that we needed to do more things as a family. Now, every Saturday, we are going to make breakfast together. This last Saturday we had this Coconut Crusted French Toast and it was DELICIOUS!

I am so sorry to contact you here...but I am not sure of another way to reach you. I purchased the audio for last year's Build Your Blog conference on December 14th. I finally got the password on December 22nd but have sent a couple of emails telling you that it's not working and just going back to the screen to pay for the audio. Please help! I am so anxious to get started listening.
  2. Im making this tonight, my husband loves coconut, I don't like it so I don't know what Im eating! :) So in the recipe, you say 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in the ingrediants, but in the instructions, you say 1/2 tablespoon. I was wondering which one to use, thanks, I know my husband is looking forward to this!
