Honey Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

I am so sad to see summer go!  We have been squeezing in every last grilling recipe we possibly can!  I had some pork chops in my fridge, but didn’t have time to run to the store.  Using a few ingredients from my fridge and pantry, this delicious dinner was born!

  1. Just made the sauce and I'm using it as a marinade. One batch made enough to marinate 8 boneless pork chops. I put 4 in a baggie in the fridge for tomorrow night and I froze the other 4 in a baggie for whenever. Will just defrost a day or so before I want to use. Fast and easy!! Can't wait to see how it comes out! Thank you for all of these great recipies!
  2. I just tried these on the grill on my stove. I mixed all the ingredients and tasted it before I put it on the pork chops. Was good but I thought it needed a little extra something! So I added a little more soy sauce and about 1/2 cup of brown sugar which gave it a little sweetness! Taste was great but they were a little tough. I've got them baking in the oven for a little while to see if that will make them a little more tender. Next time I will probably bake them first and then put them on the grill. Thanks for the recipe......I love trying new stuff! :-)
